I have seen this many times done to young players when son was younger. Lots of excuses were, the weather was warm so it was acceptable.

Pitchers coming into throw one, two pitches to end the game and begin the next in championship games can happen, I suppose once in a while it cannot hurt, but not on a regular basis.

I am sorry that a coach did that to you. I hope that you will realize thatit is YOUR arm, YOUR future and speak up if it happens again.
