take a compass and draw a 30 mile radius around center city. To the southeast you safely add an extension including just about the whole of southern NJ...that is your circle of safety for getting a quality cheesesteak. you will find a few bad ones inside but generally speaking you are good. Pretty sure Lexington is not in the circle...

Swarthmore playing facilities are very good.
