Sounds like I might be walking into a long conversation, but I'll bite first. Not so much as far as actually paying, that I know of, but when the team has 6 dad assistant coaches that do nothing but sit on buckets one has to wonder noidea As far as how long it last, smh, the small town I came from it was generational and from what I hear it continues to this day.
