The number one thing that stood out. Size and strength. A lot of these kids are huge and very, very well developed. My boy is a super late bloomer, now 6'6" and shaves once every 2 weeks. Some of these kids looked like 25 year olds and were well over 200 lbs.
Great event with alot of talent. My son pitched a few kids before a 6'6" pitcher which I assume is yours so yes to lots of standing and sitting around that affected our sons performance to certain extend. Nothing we can control tho. Fantastic experience otherwise and as you said very happy with the performance that early in the season.
