Perfect Game 60 Start

2018 is going to a PG showcase in August (Massachusetts) and was wondering if the 60 start is on first movement or when foot crosses the line? Also, is it a "on your mark, set, go" type of start or just a "go"? 2018 was out yesterday timing the 60 (hand) and was curious on what it was. Thanks in advance! Anyone else going to this event? Would be neat to link up and say hello...
