This thread has taken some appalling twists and turns...no-one's son should ever be disparaged.
That said, ALL businesses (including the medical profession) take criticisms...and almost always about money. It is understood...Lincoln said it best (this is prob. paraphrased) "You can please all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but not all of the people all of the time"
PG understands this...which is why he patiently deflects criticisms with honesty and integrity.
He also knows that he is dealing with "treasure" (our kids) and he attempts to handle with care.
Remember, even treasure hunters have to "pay" for what they find. What they "sell" pays for what they "find".
