ROOTHOG,

I really don't like to sell anything, but you should probably think seriously about the Junior National. At the same time, there is nothing that is absolutely necessary.

Here, I'll say it...

RUN, don't walk to this event! It is THE event for underclass collegiate recruiting. It'll put your son on the national map!! And it's a major step to the PG Nationals.

Commit to it, and get with your son on a workout schedule so that he peaks at this event: 60, throwing speed, hitting.

And, oh by the way, it's a tremendous experience for your son as he bonds with other excellent players from around the country.

PGStaff says that there is nothing absolutely necessary. Maslow would disagree, as the Physiological layer is a necessity.

But attending this event is in the layer right above it.

I'm convinced. He'll be there. That was my first instinct. I just wanted to run it across the board since it meant such a shakeup of the summer schedule. He should be peaked for this as it falls just two weeks past the high school season. Not often on this board you get a shout out to Maslow.
