Reply to "PG Pitching Rules"

We have had some forfeits due to ineligible player/pitcher based on PitchSmart rules.

We have since decided to simply remove the pitcher as the NFHS rules state. Our objective is to eliminate abuse not to punish the entire team with a forfeit.
