Hi, PGStaff. I posted this question in another thread, but it fits better here.

Say your player goes to his first showcase and gets his initial ranking. Then he plays in several PG tournaments over the summer and fall, and goes to his next showcase a year later. Does his performance between showcases have any effect on his ranking the next year? Or is his ranking based 100% on his performance at the second showcase?

Never mind! You answered my question the other thread.

Of course, the rational answer is that if he has improved over the summer and fall, then one would think his performance at the showcase will improve, anyway. But I'm just curious about your opinion.
