I looked at it in full mode and you are definitely balking. Your foot plant on PO is only about 15 inches away from your plant going to the plate. When you lft leg is at full lift your hips should rotate slightly to allow you drop foot to go directly towards 1st. 45 degrees othyerwise it is a balk.
