I have a couple of questions. After an outing should a pitcher play catch the next day? Is it ok to throw hard and play catch 2 days later? is it ok to take a bullpen on the third day? Are you advocating full rest and no throwing? 1 1/2 days rest would be nice, but 100 ptiches would be 7 days rest. lol
