Spring training story: beautiful sunny day, baseball son was 4. He wanted to know everything about the game; dad was sick, I was occupied with the baby, so he worked his way into the conversation of the VERY drunk White Sox fans sitting in front of us. Made them explain what was going on, and what it meant when they yelled things like "a bloop and a blast," he had a great time with them! Hm, no wonder he is still playing...
