you are 10, right? This is the age where coaches are teaching the game. You are not supposed to know everything a shortstop has to do. It's ok to ask the coach, and I'm almost certain he'll be impressed that you asked.

Regarding your question, I think you should cover 2nd base in this situation, since the 2nd baseman will be moving over to cover first, and if the bunter is safe at first you need to be covering 2nd so he doesn't advance.
