As the parent of a Freshman, I have read this thread with considerable interest. Sons coach is GREAT. We have gone down to the school on 2 occasions and both times have had nice conversations with him and his assistants! Would NEVER think of not speaking with him, and he initiated conversation about sons play!

Over Christmas break, he even sent my son a note commending him on his great grades for the first semester.
