I have heard there is a special bond between teammates on a solid team. That they typically have each others back, that you go after one you go after all. I have also heard this bond is magnified by ten when you talk about a pitcher and their catcher.

Since Posey did NOTHING one can only assume he doesn't consider Strickland his pitcher or his teammate.
