We go for 2 1/2 hours each day, including our routines that we do in station work. I have always felt that if we sprint everywhere we go (and we do) that I can get 3-4 worth of practice done in 2 1/2 hours...and I know it helps our kids get schoolwork done. We have one of the toughest academic institutions in the state, so that is a priority for me as a teacher/coach.
