We have occasionally included yoga and some of the P90X stuff - any opinions there?
I've been trying to think of solutions for makeshift equipment at the field to allow for box jumps and pull-up/chin-ups. Any ideas?
You mention "shot put" with med balls. Is that literal? We do several drills with them but I'm not familiar with this one.
