Remember -- Premier is not a league, but an association of teams with commom goals (or so they claim). There are tournaments that are "run" by the association -- and they are usually successful because there are several fine organizations/clubs that participate. Your son's team is probably playing in an AABC or otherwise sanctioned league that includes teams in the Premier association. I know that seems like a matter of semantics but "Premier" is often a source of confusion here. There are, of course, hundreds of excellent non-premier organizations as well.
