I can't think of many names, but most of these professional guys, were great athletes in other sports. Examples: Tom Glavine - Baseball & Hockey, John Smoltz - Baseball & Basketball, Danny Ainge - Basketball & Baseball, John Elway Football & Baseball, Tony Gwynn Basketball & Baseball, and Dave Winfield was drafted in 5 Pro Leagues I believe. World League Football, NFL, NBA, ABA, & MLB.
