This is funny because 5 min ago while as I finished watching Iron Chef America I was thinking if I could do it all over the culinary field would be a great area to practice and compete against others with the same passion. Congrats and good luck to your son in such a competitive field!

As long as were on "the other kids" accomplishments my twin daughters told me tonight they are headed to China in October to water ski as part of a USA team. I went to Canada once
