Wow! Fantastic write up and awesome news for your son and your family! We did the Duke camp too two summers ago and I was similarly disappointed. I did a write up here a while ago, but it was very much a camp like the local baseball academy would run, which was disappointing though there were real coaches there, which was nice. We were back there a few weeks ago and it looks like they have upgraded the stadium a bit with newer turf and a jumbotron in the outfield. The bleachers still stink - the same ones that were there when I graduated in 1988. Can't hold a candle to Carolina's glorious stadium, which knocked my socks off, but I won't tell anyone because go to hell Carolina. The gold standard for me was Stanford's, with real umpires, an announcer, picture on the jumbotron and the campus experience. Son liked the fact that they shared a dorm with the girls volleyball camp too...
