Unless you have some really, really good information on creatine, please don't recommend it to anyone, especially not to people under 18.

The reason I state this is based on a report conducted by an M.D. who has no motivation to judge creatine one way or the other:

Please understand I don't mean to berate or offend your post ... just want everyone to know all the facts when it comes to this supplement, which at this point is very questionable in terms of helping or hurting an athlete.
