Reply to "Putting Unbreakable Abs to the test"

I am beginning week 5 this week. My abs are a lot less mushy and more defined. I still dont have a major 6 pack but its getting better. I haven't been clock recentally (but I have been throwing 5 times per week), but I certainly don't feel like I'm throwing 10 mph faster. I guess well find out at tryouts (March 1-4).
