Thanks so much for the feedback. I will pass this info on to son's hitting instructor.

Because of rain and other issues, son hasn't been able to have a lesson in several weeks. Perhaps he has gotten out of whack. Will have a hitting lesson tomorrow night, so this info is perfect timing.
