My son has been electronically timed @ 6.68 outdoors . He had the pleasure of playing with Flores at the W.W.B.A. this fall and I can honestly say that Josh is faster than my son . What I can also tell you that Josh is a notch below my son and Williams in his baserunning / stealing .
