I remember this kid from 2U. He played for the Tampa Bay Bees. He got a lot of exposure playing for the Bay Bees. Every time his diaper came off.

It’s a good move if they stick to it and maybe even tighten it up next year to not even allow the 2 exceptions per team. Should slow down the reclass discussions I hear periodically.
