I have been hired to a JuCo in Texas as an assistant and recruiting coordinator.
Since I have always wanted to do this job and feel that I need to be the best as humanly possible, what are some great tips to be a successful recruiting coordinator?
Good luck Coach. The best recruiters I worked with explained their process, criteria, timeline, and next steps. Then they actually followed up with everything they said in a timely manner. This is not much different from any business situation.
