Recruiting Tips - UNC Assistant Coach

We have another exciting guest lined up this week at hsbbweb radio. We have University of North Carolina Assistant Coach Robert Woodard. Robert is the beloved son of esteemed hsbbweb member Prepster.

Robert is the winningest pitcher in the history of The University of North Carolina (UNC). He also pitched and won in Omaha on ESPN so we'll be sure to ask him about that experience. We'll ask him what it personally took for him to be recruited at UNC and what he now looks for in kids he recruits to UNC. Please join us, post questions, and/or call-in to pick the mind of another professional who will provide insight into what it takes to play at the next level.

PS - as Josh noted in another thread, we are going to cover all levels of college recruiting on hsbbweb radio. In a few weeks for example, we are going to have UC Davis assistant coach and hitting coach Jason Armstrong. In addition to his current UC Davis experiences, Jason is looking forward to telling his story where he took an opportunity at the D3 level and built that into an opportunity at the very upper levels of the sport. He also earned a fine degree from a highly esteemed University - Trinity in San Antonio Texas. As Jason has already alluded to me, there is more than one way to see your dreams come true - both athletically and academically.
