Personally, I think the best repair is to just replace ALL of your kitchen appliances ... heck, replace the washer and dryer too if you so choose. I mean, let's face it, Charlotte, you are definitely worth AT LEAST that much. Why should you have to settle for a damaged stove? Do you need an agent to represent you in negotiations? I may not do well but my hubby is one heck of a negotiator ... just ask all the car salesmen we have dealt with in the past 30 years.
