...don't know what the rules are that are enforced by your controlling body. Here in Florida, there's a max 4-year eligibility that begins at the onset of 9th grade. Some cases are considered for extenuating circumstances. You need to look into that aspect of it.

Sorry for the dissappointment, but wish for you a great life lesson on the part of your son. How he handles it will make all the difference from this point forward in his life.
