BOF,
I really like Jaeger's bands but I'm not all that familiar with his pitching camp. I haven't been able to get out recently but I was throwing 120+ yards and was able to throw 80 yards from my knees to warm up. Not sure how much his bands had to do with that but I make sure to use them everyday.
