2013 Dad - You are correct on all accounts.

Prime 9 - The only BESR bats allowed in HS 2011 are aluminum barrels, same as NCAA 2010. BESR Composite barrels are banned. All BBCOR bats are legal. HS 2012 all bats BBCOR, same as NCAA 2011.
