Come on guys never works as well as follow me especially a non verbal follow me. Just keep working hard set a tone and if necessary talk to one of the senior players that may not be doing all he can to "help" you set an example. However never address him as someone who is not doing all he can One convert is worth considerably more than fist pumping cheering.
