As a captain you are "expected" to be the team leader not only by example but also orally as well. However, just a suggestion,
when you see one or two individuals slacking, talk to them in private first and let them know how you feel, it may get better
results in the long run. If it continues, it's time to go to the coach because it's obvious they don't respect you or the team. Just make darn sure that your house is in order first.
