Your son should complete the questionaire no matter how mant times they send it and even if you include a resume.. Schools often mark the questioniares in their own code (don't try to figure it out, they are all different) and the do track some of the questionaires they send out to see if the get a response.. It is suggested that you make a copy of your replies the first time a school send one to you, you do't want to accidently put down different info on the second one, they sometimes will compare.. The filling out of questionaires is tedious but a necessity.. We always include my sons printed profile along with the questionaire as it was more detailed.
