Well here is my thought on a resume. My oldest was a swimmer. He wasn't getting alot of interest. So we sent out a fancy letter along with a resume that included his swimming accomplishments along with other things at school and the community. Schools would send him a questionnaire if they were interested and it went on from there. My baseball player son had schools contacting him with a questionnaire so the resume wasn't as impt of a factor. I would think that a baseball player who is not getting letters, contacts from schools would find a resume as a great selling tool. It is like going out to buy a car. The sales brouchure is just an invitation to learn more about the car. A baseball resume would be the same an invitation to learn more about the player!
