Reply to "Runner Yells Cut"

At college level, I've heard lots of people yell cut or runner or some other thing designed to confuse the opposition. I hate it, but there never seems to be any consequences. Guessing players just have to learn to deal with it and its probably smart to learn to deal with it sooner rather than later.
