My son is currently playing for Birmingham-Southern. BSC-Trinity was shaping up to be a great competition with BSC finally cleared to be in postseason play. It's frustrating we had to change, but I understand the need. It was very expensive flying to play Trinity and Colorado college.

I hope it will not effect our post-season play. We've already been hosed enough by the NCAA after they extended our men's baseball team's provisional status for an extra year because our softball and women's basketball programs became D3 a year after the baseball team did.

On the other hand, none of the women on those D1 teams were able to go to postseason play with our baseball team. . .so perhaps the ruling was reasonable after all
