Schools/conferences that use 11.7 scholarships or less than 11.7...

Wondering if there is a place to look for scholarship info to see what portion of the 11.7 that various schools have/offer/use. I know that the Ivy League is a no athletic scholarship conference. It is my understanding that schools in the Patriot League do not grant/use scholarships for baseball either. Is there anywhere out there for one to look and research schools that are below 11.7? Might @CollegebaseballInsights know?

If there is a thread out there about this I apologize as I have not seen it or seen it mentioned anywhere. Thank you to all who add to this tremendous resource for all!!!
