We had the first round of Varsity "tryouts" last week! Winter, "what's that?"

You don't suppose that the "new" NCAA recruiting 'quiet time,' which has been imposed (enforced remains to be seen...) for Nov. 28 through February 28th, was not done so to level the "playing feld" for the rest of the US?
