I suggest you call the coaches who have requested video and ask them what they would like to see and whether a link to a website is satisfactory.

I spoke to a coach a few days ago at a major D-1 program who has seen video of my son via a link that was emailed to him -- and he asked for a DVD so he could share it with other coaches on the staff. I then asked him what he would like to see on the video and he told me. Coaches elsewhere may have other preferences, so its probably best to check with the target audience
to find out what they want.
