Senior State All Star Series

Broward County names the players voted to the Senior State All Star Series to be held in Sebring the 20th through the 22nd of May. Broward Coaches nominated and voted for the players on Monday April 19 at their coaches meeting. Here is an excerpt from Christy Cabrera's column in the Sun-Sentinel.

Baseball honors

Six of the county's top baseball players will represent Broward County on the State Senior All-Star Series South Team. The team, coached by Chaminade-Madonna coach Mike Moss, features Nova's Anthony Swarzak and Warren McFadden, Taravella's Eric Ridener, Westminster Academy's Brian Van Kirk, St. Thomas' Sean Gallagher and Ameican Heritage's Steven House.

It is quite an honor and congratulations go out to all the players who were voted on to the team.
