When you are playing catch with a teammate practice the "smooth" & "quick" transfer of the ball from the mitt to throwing hand.

The Head Coach at the U of British Columbia, Chris Prickett was one of our Goodwill Series International players.

Maybe you can attend their "catcher's clinic".
