Good point. I don't have the papers in front of me but it's an interval throwing program. Started with 2 sets of 25 throws at 45 feet and after 2-3 sessions of that add another set of 25 throws. "dead arm" feel is his words to describe it. But like I said it's not constant nor does it keep him from finishing or you can look and tell anything is wrong
