Yes, sometimes large feet can be an indicator of future growth. Though I wouldn't consider it one of the most important things. There actually are people with large feet that aren't very tall.

Thing is, regarding the topic, there are certain things you control (like appearance) and other things you can't control (like size of your feet).

I would concentrate on those things you have control of. Of course, truth is, if you have exceptional talent, these things aren't quite as important, but they still can help.
