IMO, it's not common to pick up an offer anywhere.  

There are lots of variables, but if the colleges attending are a good fit for you (baseball and academics), then it's an excellent venue for them to evaluate you. You're a sophomore, so those coaches can't talk to you unless you're on their campus or if they are paid instructors. Typically, the college coach would talk to your travel coach, and they might want you to call them (that's always allowed) and talk about a visit and possibly an offer. As always, it's bests if you figure out which of those schools interests you and try to make contact before the tournament. They will be more likely to give you a closer look if they know that you are a potential recruit.
