My son, very similar numbers at that age. He starts at a D1, earned the DH role as a freshman, moved on to OF. HIT THE BALL. Rip is correct about the HTF time. Hopefully it’s around 4.0. Is the 60 on a laser or hand timed? Hand timed carries less weight. Coaches may not believe he is capable. Believe in yourself. Keep working.
