so what is it that happened at Lake Braddock

I read lots of things since I had heard Coach Rutherford was not coming back after this past season. Just wondering if anyone can share some insight. I had read on a forum that there was some form of investigation but it wasn't clear if coach was part of it or not, and one of the board members said he was forced to resign.
