Reply to "Some good old reading?"

wvmtner,

I had the same thoughts before I bought it.

But once I started reading it I was impressed with how a Bat Company produced such an excellent book on pitching instruction.

In my eyes it is one of the best books out there for instructional use.

I read their Hitting book and wasn't as impressed, but then again I am a pitcher Razz

Here's some books I found helped to improve my game

Nolan Ryan's Pitcher's Bible- Nolan Ryan Tome House
Baseball Strategies-ABCA
Complete Conditioning For Baseball-Pat Murphey/Jeff Forney
Play Baseball The Ripken Way- Cal Ripken Jr. Bill Ripken, Larry Burke

The Mental Game of Baseball: A Guide To Peak Performance- H.A. Dorfman KArl Kuehl
The Mental ABC's of Pitching: A Handbook for Performance Enhancement- H.A. Dorfman
