I think the number of 'intentionally' hit batters get inflated. Several times my son has hit a batter and a parent or fan in the stands will complain that it was 'intentional'. Trust me, it wasn't. And if the count is 0-2, you can be sure it wasn't...

On the flip side, if a pitcher throws a curve inside, Jr is more than willing to stand his ground and get plucked...

We have no sign for hitting a batter...
